Our ovens and refrigeration units are all running off renewable energy collected by the solar trackers in the fields. Whether you are hankering for a bag of greens, a pint of strawberries, a loaf of bread, or fixins for entire meal, our farm store will meet your needs. We offer home grown produce, seasonal fruit & berries, eggs, maple, wonderful cheeses, naturally leavened breads & pizza shells, sweet & savory tarts, soups, braises, sandwiches, vinaigrettes, terrines, pates & other farmstead specialties (all made from our own produce and other regionally produced raw ingredients) Click here to view the Farmstead Kitchen Weekly Menu All of our breads are made with organic grains milled in Quebec and they are all leavened by long cool fermentation to enhance the flavor, digestibility and shelf life of each loaf.
